There are two ways to request medication refills:

  1. Patient Portal – If you need assistance getting onto the patient portal please give the office a call
  2. Contact your pharmacists and they will be able to request a refill on your behalf

Information about the Patient Portal

The patient portal gives you electronic access to your test results, request refills for prescriptions as well as leave messages for your Doctor.

If you are a new member you will need to request a New Patient Portal Enrollment email.  Your Doctor’s office can send you this link or put you in contact with someone who can.
